This policy applies to information handled by MANAS AGROTECH, Surat, Gujarat, India through manasagrotech.com, website forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, training registrations, enquiries, orders and customer support.

Links or services operated by another company follow that company’s privacy policy. This includes services such as WhatsApp, payment providers, analytics tools and delivery partners.

Depending on how you interact with MANAS, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, state, city, address and pincode.
• Enquiry and order information: the product or service you need, quantity, preferred training weekend, farm plan, experience level, questions, feedback and support history.
• Transaction information: amount, payment status, invoice details and transaction reference. We do not intentionally store your complete card, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, form activity and cookie or analytics identifiers.
• Information you choose to share: photos, videos, documents, farm details, crop observations or other material sent for support or quality review.

3. How we use your information

We use information only for legitimate business and service purposes, including to:

• respond to enquiries and arrange a consultation call;
• confirm, prepare, dispatch and support orders;
• register participants and communicate about training;
• provide cultivation guidance and resolve quality concerns;
