Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the practical rules that apply when you use the MANAS website, place an order, join training, request consultation or work with us as a private-label partner.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to manasagrotech.com and to products or services supplied by MANAS AGROTECH, Surat, Gujarat, India, including oyster mushroom spawn, cultivation kits, training, consultation, farm-planning tools, private-label supply and drop shipping.
By submitting an order, paying an invoice, registering for training or using a paid service, you accept these terms together with any written quotation, invoice, label instruction or order-specific condition we share. If an order-specific written condition conflicts with this page, that condition controls for that order.
2. Agricultural results are variable
Spawn quality is only one part of mushroom cultivation. Yield, timing, contamination and commercial results also depend on substrate, treatment, hygiene, inoculation, temperature, humidity, ventilation, handling, farm management and local conditions.
Training, consultation, WhatsApp support, blog articles and the farm calculator provide practical guidance and planning estimates. They do not guarantee yield, income, profit, first-harvest date, contamination-free production or business success.
3. Orders, availability and prices
- Standard retail quantities, special varieties and production dates remain subject to availability and confirmation.
- Website prices, calculator values and messages are not a final quotation unless we confirm them for your order.
- Shipping, tax, special packaging, custom labelling and other order-specific charges may be added to the confirmed price.
- Please check the product, variety, quantity, address, phone number and transport plan before payment.
White and pink oyster mushroom spawn are standard varieties. Blue and king oyster mushroom spawn may be produced on special request, normally with a minimum order of 50 kg. Different terms can apply when confirmed in writing.
4. Payment
Product price and shipping charges must be paid in advance unless MANAS approves a different written commercial arrangement. Production or dispatch can be scheduled only after cleared payment and the required order information are received.
Do not send your UPI PIN, banking password or complete card information to MANAS by message or form.
5. Production, dispatch and delivery
Production and dispatch dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, biological production, quality checks, holidays, transport availability and events outside our control can change a schedule.
Confirmed private-label orders normally require up to 7 working days after payment, quantity, variety, label artwork and delivery details are final. Transport time is additional.
MANAS uses secure packaging and double-layered spawn bags to reduce handling risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the buyer bears carrier-related transit risk after the packed order is handed to the agreed courier or transporter. We will assist with reasonable evidence or a carrier claim where possible, but cannot control courier delay, heat exposure, mishandling, loss or damage in transit.
6. Storage and handling
Follow the instruction supplied with the product. Use sealed spawn within one month after delivery and keep it at or below 28°C. Avoid heat, direct sunlight and freezing. Product-specific label or written batch instructions take priority.
The buyer is responsible for receiving the consignment promptly, maintaining suitable storage, checking the bags before use and preventing cross-contamination during handling.
7. Quality concerns, returns and remedies
Spawn is perishable and cannot be returned for change of mind. Check each consignment as soon as it arrives and before any bag is opened or used.
Report a visible quality or packaging concern within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or messaging MANAS with the invoice or order reference, affected quantity, unopened-bag photographs, batch details and a clear video where requested. Keep the affected bags sealed and stored according to instructions until we respond.
Once spawn has been opened, mixed with substrate, inoculated or otherwise used, MANAS cannot reliably separate a manufacturing issue from storage, hygiene, substrate, environment or handling. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, contamination, yield or crop claims made after use are therefore not eligible for return, replacement or refund.
Where MANAS verifies that an unused product had a material quality issue when supplied, the available remedy may be replacement, credit or refund for the verified affected quantity. The appropriate remedy depends on the evidence, product condition and applicable law. Shipping or indirect farm losses are not automatically included.
8. Cultivation kits
Kit contents are listed on the relevant product page or confirmed message. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cultivation kits do not include substrate, room equipment, climate-control equipment or labour. Chemicals or sterilisation materials must be stored, handled and used only as instructed and kept away from children, food and animals.
9. Private-label and distributor orders
- The standard private-label minimum is 50 kg per variety.
- The standard pack is a 1 kg spawn bag. A smaller size may be possible only as a confirmed special order.
- MANAS can print a small black-and-white laser label of approximately 18 × 35 mm. Larger or custom labels may be accepted when agreed before production.
- Final brand name, artwork, claims, customer-care details and stickers must be approved and delivered in usable form before production begins.
- Storage instructions, manufacturer or marketer information, customer-care details and required declarations may be supplied on the agreed label and/or an A4 insert packed with the consignment.
- At the buyer’s request and with prior agreement, MANAS may hold a completed order for up to one month under suitable storage. Payment remains due and the agreed storage window does not extend the product’s recommended use period.
The private-label buyer is responsible for having the right to use its brand, artwork and claims, and for ensuring that its onward sale, label, advertisement and customer communication meet applicable laws. MANAS may reject unlawful, misleading or technically unsafe wording.
10. Drop shipping
When agreed in advance, MANAS can dispatch an order using the private-label buyer’s approved name and details. The buyer must provide accurate delivery information and must have lawful permission to share the end customer’s personal data for fulfilment. The buyer remains responsible for its sale, promises, customer relationship, pricing and any statement not expressly approved by MANAS.
11. Training, consultation and support
Training fees, format, location, schedule, inclusions and any rescheduling condition are the details confirmed at registration. Participants are responsible for joining on time, arranging travel where required and following safety and hygiene instructions.
“Handholding until first harvest” means reasonable guidance by call or WhatsApp on the participant’s first planned crop after the full course. It is not 24-hour on-site management and does not transfer responsibility for the participant’s farm decisions, hygiene, purchases, crop or sales to MANAS.
A free consultation is a short initial call intended to understand the requirement and suggest a sensible next step. Detailed design, repeated troubleshooting, on-site work or implementation may require a separate paid service.
12. Website and intellectual property
MANAS owns or is authorised to use the website design, copy, illustrations, calculators, course material, brand and original content. You may use public information for personal evaluation, but may not copy, resell, publish or present MANAS material as your own without written permission.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or interfere with another visitor’s use.
13. Responsibility and limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, MANAS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost crop, lost profit, missed market opportunity or third-party conduct arising from cultivation conditions, storage, transport, buyer instructions or use of general guidance.
Where MANAS is legally responsible for a direct product or service claim, total liability is limited to the amount paid to MANAS for the specific affected product or service, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes.
