Welcome to Manas Agrotech. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1️⃣ Product Use
- We supply mushroom spawn (any variant) including oyster, button, and others – meant strictly for cultivation use 🍄
- Spawn is produced in a sterile lab environment with strict hygiene and quality control 🧪
- Final results depend on proper handling, timing, and growing conditions by the buyer

2️⃣ Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- 🚚 Orders are dispatched:
- Within 48 hours inside Gujarat
- Within 3–4 working days outside Gujarat
- ⏳ If spawn is not ready, we’ll inform you of the timeline at order time
- 📦 Delivery delays by courier or incorrect address info are not our responsibility
3️⃣ Storage Responsibility
- ❄️ After delivery, it’s your responsibility to store the spawn correctly
- Ideal conditions: 15–25°C, no direct sunlight, keep dry
- ❌ No returns for damage caused due to wrong storage
4️⃣ Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of spawn, returns are not accepted
- For genuine issues:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- ⚠️ Refunds/replacements are reviewed case by case and not guaranteed
5️⃣ Payment Terms
- 💰 Orders processed only after full payment
- We accept:
- ✅ UPI
- ✅ Bank Transfer
- ✅ Cash Deposit in our business account
- 📄 Keep proof of payment safe until delivery
- ❗ Raise any payment issues within 3 working days
6️⃣ Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Contamination or spoilage after delivery
- Poor yields or crop failure due to wrong growing practices
- Any delays or issues after dispatch
7️⃣ Order Cancellation
- ✅ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- ❌ No cancellations possible once spawn has left our lab

9️⃣ Bulk Orders / Custom Batches
- 🧾 Custom or large orders may take longer and are non-cancellable once production begins
- Advance part-payment may be required for bulk batches

- All legal matters are under Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction ⚖️
